This website presents the SWELUP furniture brand. For questions about information collected through this site, contact sales@swelup.com. Our business contact location is Shunde, Foshan, China.
Information we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect the contact details you provide, your company where relevant, destination, selected catalogue references, quantities and project description. A protected session supports form submission and lets you retrieve a recent inquiry reference. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers are used to limit abusive requests.
Please do not include payment card details, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information. The website does not offer file uploads or online payment.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, discuss products or customization, prepare project information and maintain the related business correspondence. We also use limited technical information to protect the service and investigate delivery problems. We do not subscribe you to marketing through the inquiry form, sell inquiry information or use advertising trackers on this site.
Service providers and processing location
The production website is hosted on a server in Hong Kong. Zoho Mail processes inquiry notifications and related email correspondence. Access is limited to the people and service providers needed to handle the request and operate the service. These arrangements may involve processing outside your country. Contact us if you need further information about handling your particular request.
Opening a WhatsApp link takes you to an external service with its own privacy practices. Your website form is not automatically sent through WhatsApp.
Storage and retention
Website inquiry records are scheduled for removal after 365 days. Session records expire after eight hours; short-lived rate-limit records are removed as the request window moves forward. Related correspondence in the business mailbox and any separate contracts are managed independently. Deleted records may remain in restricted backups until the backup cycle expires.
Your browser stores the catalogue items in your quote list until you clear them. This list does not contain the contact fields from your inquiry.
Your requests
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you submitted, or ask questions about how it is used. Depending on the applicable rules and circumstances, additional rights may apply. Send the request to sales@swelup.com, preferably with your inquiry reference. We may need enough information to identify the relevant request and verify that we are responding to the right person.
