## Tell us what you want to change

Start from a catalogue reference or describe your intended product. Material, dimensions, foam, colour, labels, cartons and instructions can be submitted for feasibility review. A request is not an automatic confirmation that a change can be manufactured.

## A considered path from brief to bulk order

1. Share the intended market, usage, estimated quantity and design requirements.
2. Review materials, construction, packaging and any testing implications.
3. Agree a sample specification, cost and timeline.
4. Evaluate the sample and approve a documented version.
5. Confirm bulk specifications, inspection arrangements and commercial terms.

Changing foam, size or upholstery can change recovery behaviour, test requirements and production conditions. Keep the approved sample and the written specification aligned.

## Your design and your information

Only submit drawings and reference material you have the right to use. Confidentiality and intellectual property arrangements should be agreed before sharing sensitive designs. Describing a similar appearance does not establish permission to reproduce a protected product.

For this first version, start with a written brief. Drawings can be exchanged through an agreed channel after the initial conversation. [Use the sample checklist](/guides/sample-checklist/) to prepare for review.
